Bonded NdFeB, consisting of Nd2Fe14B, is a synthetic magnet. Bonded NdFeB magnet is a magnet made by "press molding" or "injection molding" by mixing rapidly quenched NdFeB magnetic powder and binder. The bonded magnet has high dimensional accuracy, can be made into relatively complex magnetic components, and has the characteristics of one-time forming, multipole orientation, and so on. Bonded NdFeB has high mechanical strength and can be formed with other supporting components at one time.

Application:
Bonded Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet materials are produced and applied relatively late, with limited application and small consumption. They are mainly used in office automation equipment, electrical installation machinery, audio-visual equipment, instruments, and meters, small motors, and metering machinery, and are widely used in mobile phones, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM drive motors, hard disk spindle motors HDD, other micro and special DC motors, automation instruments and meters, etc. In recent years, the application proportion of bonded NdFeB permanent magnet materials in China is 62% in computers, 7% in the electronic industry, 8% in office automation equipment, 7% in automobiles, 7% in appliances, and 9% in others.
Compared with sintered NdFeB magnet, it can be formed at one time without secondary processing and can be made into magnets with various complex shapes, which are unmatched by the sintered magnet. The application of it can greatly reduce the volume and weight of the motor.
